Now we’re looking for an experienced conveyancer to help us keep raising the bar as we scale.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong technical expertise in VIC – multi-jurisdictional experience a plus or a willingness to learn other jurisdictions
- Ability to independently manage files from start to finish, without compromising care or quality
- An exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- A commercial mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused attitude for clients
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Confidential with PEXA and Smokeball, TriConvey or similar legal technology
- Ability to mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive team culture
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing conveyancing matters from contract to settlement
- Liaising directly with clients, brokers and agents – with clarity and confidence
- Supporting the build-out of our VIC presence and systems
- Acting with autonomy and accuracy (we don’t micromanage
- Adopting tech and automation to drive efficiency
